My client are an established asbestos company who are currently looking for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Asbestos Surveyors that are based in the Essex area. The ideal candidate will have their P402 qualification and be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of industrial, commercial and residential sites.
The ideal candidate must have the following:-
Must hold the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience carrying out Asbestos surveys on a varied site base.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient IT skills in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have effective communication skills and confident in client facing role.
Key Duties:
You will be undertaking management, refurb/Demolition surveys on various buildings.
Collating and producing accurate comprehensive asbestos reports.
Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
The successful post-holder must be versatile, flexible, have good work ethic and have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within timeline.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
