Job Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing their inquiries, booking appointments, and providing expert advice on maintenance and repair services. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and automotive knowledge will contribute to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:

* Greet customers, understand their concerns, and provide friendly and professional assistance.
* Schedule appointments and manage the workshop's diary to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, accurately recording customer concerns and relaying them to the technicians.
* Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance services to customers, including cost estimates and timeframes.
* Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work and manage customer expectations.
* Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs, enhancing their overall experience.


Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs, including an understanding of common automotive terms and concepts.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, invoicing, and scheduling.


Salary of £24,000 - £28,000
