My client are an industry leader within the Battery Engineering industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the West Midlands
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the West Midlands area for an experienced Battery Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Work autonomously in a field-based capacity.
-Top off battery levels with deionized water (ranging from 1 battery to 30 per site).
-Support current topping contracts within the designated cluster/region, primarily in warehousing environments.
-Perform battery cleaning according to specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-Deliver consistent service quality, meeting KPIs such as first-time fix, response time, cleanliness, damage reporting, and operational uptime.
-Take responsibility for overall performance within the region, ensuring exceptional customer service.
-Carry out repairs during maintenance and service calls, striving for first-time fix.
-Complete battery repairs, plug and harness repairs, tray repairs, and various component repairs/replacements as needed.
-Work closely with management to ensure efficient planning and delivery.
You must have a history within the Battery Engineering industry to apply for this position
