My client are an industry leader within the Motor trade industry,

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the North London area for an experienced Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and engage them in a friendly and professional manner. Develop a deep understanding of their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Vehicle Presentation: Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the features, specifications, and benefits of each vehicle in our inventory. Present vehicles in a compelling and informative manner to potential buyers.
- Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to showcase the performance and handling of vehicles, making the experience enjoyable for the customer.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including price negotiation, trade-in evaluation (if applicable), and assisting with financing options. Be transparent and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process and beyond. Promptly address any post-sale inquiries or concerns to maintain customer loyalty.
-Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team. Employ effective sales techniques to maximize sales revenue and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to gain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales and customer transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers effectively.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business-related fields is a plus.
