An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Surrey are for an experienced Crusher And Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations throughout the country to operate and oversee the operation of crushing and screening plant, as individual pieces or part of a system.
- Timely arrival on site to ensure the plant is operational for the agreed start time. - Complete the necessary paperwork as covered by Work Instruction.
- Liaise with client / site management to ensure compliance with the agreed product requirement. Complete the necessary paperwork as covered by Work Instruction.
- Setup and / or assist in the setup of the plant / system in accordance to agreed location and product production. Procedure Document will cover
- Plant movement on site (not site specific)
- Setting up plant / system to operate
- Connection of necessary services Report any deviation from the normal operation, including breakdown, material type, damage and / or lost equipment. Variation of product will require written and signed authorisation from the client / site management.
- Complete administration for daily operation. Work Instructions will cover
- Reporting procedure
- Daily maintenance checks
- Daily operation log
- Decommission and / or assist in the decommissioning of the plant / system to ensure safe transport on the public highway or movement on site. Procedure Document will cover
- Decommissioning
- Compete paperwork as covered by Work Instructions
End of hire
- Moving on site (include site specific Procedure Document)
Qualifications/ Experience:
driving license (preferred)
CPCS (preferred)
360 tickets (preferred)
Quick learner
Excellent communication skills
Problem Solving
Industry Knowledge is a must
PC Hardware knowledge is an advantage
Flexible
You must have a history within the Crusher And Machine Operator industry to apply for this position
