Salary: £22,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily be based in Dorset, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Conducting repairs, installations, and maintenance of a wide range of domestic appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and dryers.
Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records of work undertaken.
Offering technical advice and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of their appliances.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Domestic Appliance Engineer, with expertise in repairing and maintaining various domestic appliances.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in domestic appliance repair or a related field would be advantageous.
