Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of white goods/domestic appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and more.
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify the root causes of appliance malfunctions.
Efficiently perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Provide professional and friendly customer service, explaining issues and repairs to clients while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing various appliances.
Ideally candidates will be experienced in commercial laundry and commercial dishwashing equipment.
Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems commonly found in white goods.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and specialized software for troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel within the South East region.
Package:
£26,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)
Van, tools and fuel card provided.
Opportunity of rapid progression after probation period (3 months)
