An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Bedfordshire area for an experienced Electrical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise electrical installation team
*Provide scope of works / SLDs / RAMS
*Review and quality check installations / electrical certificates
*Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field service staff
*Provide support and guidance to service staff to ensure timely and quality customer services
*Address customer enquiries and resolve issues and obtain customer feedback
*Ensure that the resources are properly trained to meet service objectives
*Support and assist the coordinators in resource identification and planning
Qualifications/ Experience:
*Qualified electrician with at least 5 years' experience
*Experienced / competent at inspection & testing
*Supervisory experience
