My client are an industry leader within the Heavy Plant industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the South East
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Hampshire by area for an experienced Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter
The role will be to undertake planned, reactive maintenance and emergency running repairs to the plant equipment.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing both fixed and mobile processing equipment i.e. Powerscreen, McCloskey, Pegson & Kiverco etc along with mobile equipment such as CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr, Volvo etc.
The Candidate will:
Have a good technical knowledge of our plant and machinery
Be confident with hydraulics, electrical repairs and welding
Be able to plan and implement maintenance schedules
Have good communication, organisation and team working skills
Have a good understanding of health and safety
Be able to work flexibly and to deadlines
Have a full UK Driving Licence
Be looking to develop a long term career
Qualifications/ Experience:
Quick learner
Excellent communication skills
Problem Solving
Industry Knowledge is a must
PC Hardware knowledge is an advantage
Flexible
You must have a history within the Heavy Plant engineering industry to apply for this position
