We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards and regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MOT tests on a variety of vehicles in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
Identify and report any defects or issues that may affect the vehicle's safety or compliance with MOT standards.
Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding test results and any necessary repairs.
Requirements:
DVSA accreditation as an MOT Tester.
Proven experience conducting MOT tests.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and safety standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.
