Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at a leading vehicle dealership in Leicester. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
Maintain an organised inventory and ensure the availability of parts.
Process orders efficiently and accurately, both over the counter and via phone or email.
Provide expert advice and support to customers and colleagues.
Liaise with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a parts advisor role within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
basic salary of £27,000 with on-target earnings of £31,000.
