Process Online Shop orders and general distributor / direct purchase orders
Good customer service / telephone manner - always offering excellent customer support
Answering calls / emails, dealing with customer queries
Able to multitask in a busy environment, team player
Supporting wider team with general admin duties
Positive & proactive personality with strong organisational & communication skills
Sage 200 experience an advantage, but training will be provided
Competent with Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams & general business IT solutions
Salary up to £21,000
