In this role your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure that all orders are processed and stock is allocated in line with the company process's in a fast paced work environment. You will monitor their ecommerce system and ERP system to ensure that all data is up to date. You will also pitch in with general customer service duties as required. This role is a key member of the ecommerce team and integral to the success of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Processing orders
*Allocating stock to orders
*Responding to customer tickets when required
*Building effective relationships with customers and colleagues

To be successful in the role of Order Processor, the ideal candidate will have:

Skills:
*1+ Years in order processing/management
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
*An eye for detail and accuracy
*Strong listening and verbal communication skills
*Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Logical and systematic
