Duties and Responsibilities:
*Allocating stock to orders
*Responding to customer tickets when required
*Building effective relationships with customers and colleagues
To be successful in the role of Order Processor, the ideal candidate will have:
*1+ Years in order processing/management
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
*An eye for detail and accuracy
*Strong listening and verbal communication skills
*Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Logical and systematic
Quality of Work
High levels of output with consideration to accuracy, thoroughness, and dependability without close supervision. Demonstrate "right first time" ethos.
Quantity of Work
High levels of work output, maintaining the standard set for the job
Excellent attitude towards work, colleagues and managers with a willingness to help solve problems
