Salary Range £40K Plus guaranteed £1500 commission (Paid in arrears £500 a month for 3 months). OTE £80K Plus uncapped.

75% Value to BDM on install and 25% to regional seller - 100% Maintenance attachment to BDM
As a Security BDM you will be looking at the larger valued opportunities from tenders, high value installs and multi- site Maintenance contracts.
This will be across the South Coast region which is Kent to Dorset and up to Oxford (Not inc. London)
Opportunity values will be £30K to £250K - 1 year Pipeline growth £5.2M Conversion rate of 10% as per target, expectation for the role is £1.5m in year 1 and £1.8 in year 2.
Verticals include M & E contractors, Construction, Multi site Property managers, Distribution, MOD, Multi school or academy, data centres, but all business areas are open to chase.
