Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients throughout their vehicle servicing experience. Your role will involve liaising between customers and our service technicians to ensure that vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the service department.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs and requirements.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay schedule to ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate service recommendations, including necessary repairs and maintenance, to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Provide accurate estimates for service costs and obtain customer approval for work to be performed.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
Resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Process payment transactions and maintain accurate records of service orders and invoices.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service procedures, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and software systems, including MS Office and service management software.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is preferred but not essential.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
