Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on servicing and repairs for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, assessing their service needs and scheduling appointments accordingly.
Consult with customers to understand their vehicle issues and accurately document their concerns.
Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timeframes.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work and keep customers informed of any delays or changes.
Utilize our service management system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle details.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and sales, to provide comprehensive support to customers and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including service management tools.
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
