Job Description
You will interact with clients/customers to provide information in response to their inquiries about equipment service as well as handling and resolving complaints. You will also work closely with service engineers ensuring they have full job descriptions, have all parts required for the job and up to date contact details.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering calls and making calls
* Reporting and logging customer service issues
* Answering client's questions and enquiries
* Resolving client's problems
* Liaising with Suppliers on Parts that are required to complete a job
* Ensuring service engineers have all correct information to complete the client's job
* Raising quotations and invoices
* Scheduling jobs for the coming weeks
* Regularly report all problems and unresolved issues with director/ line manager
* Write up reports of client activity including complaints

Requirements
* Ideally have a Full Clean Driving Licence but public transport is available with train station in walking distance
* Previous experience in a similar role

* Holiday Entitlement: 22 days plus bank holidays
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
