This role is working Monday to Friday and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a team of experience and dedicated Service Co-ordinator's in their Leigh office.
You will be looking after specific accounts and you will use your excellent co-ordination and customer service skills to provide a first class experience and service. Your role will be solely to focus on planned and reactive maintenance so there will be inbound and outbound calls to deal with to ensure the smooth running of the engineers diaries.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, evidencing skills in coordinating both customer/engineers/ service staff in the field. Managing diaries - organising & prioritising jobs as they are given.
You must be uses to maintaining a calm approach under pressure to navigate through each day and negotiate successful outcomes for any eventuality that comes up.
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
