Positions:
Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Office based ( Fareham )
You will receive on the job training from day one from management and the snior engineering team.
Some of the duties the position will entail.
Relationship building
Account management
Gaining new business
Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client
Dealing with clients on a daily basis
Head hunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Confident and quick approach towards work
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Using Microsoft office,
Offering advice to clients and candidates

Salary: £16,000 - Rising salary based on performance per month
