About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our tyre depot to new heights. If you have a background in tyre fitting, sales, and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the tyre depot, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead and manage a team of tyre fitters and sales staff, providing guidance and support.
Handle tyre fitting tasks and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
Drive sales targets and maximize revenue through effective sales strategies and customer service excellence.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Problem-solve and make decisions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tyre fitting, sales, and customer service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and 3 Saturdays a month (8am to 2pm).
