Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks to the highest standards.
Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and fault-finding.
Service and repair vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle issues and the work required.
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
Requirements:
Fully qualified Service Technician (Level 3).
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care.
