Role Overview:
As an MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for conducting MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations, ensuring the safety and roadworthiness of our customers' vehicles. Additionally, you will perform routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance tasks to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines and regulations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on a wide range of vehicles.
Perform routine vehicle servicing, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT testing license (class 4 and/or 7).
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid UK driving license.
