Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Weighing Equipment Engineer to join our field service team. The successful candidate will primarily service and calibrate medical scales, with training provided for other medical equipment. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and functionality of our products, directly supporting patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular servicing and calibration of medical weighing scales.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues on-site.
Deliver excellent customer service and support to healthcare facilities.
Maintain detailed service records and reports.
Engage in training for additional medical equipment as required.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the scale calibration or medical weighing equipment sector.
Candidates with experience in wheelchair servicing, hoists, or the mobility sector will also be considered.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the South East region.
