We are seeking a skilled Domestic/White Goods Engineer to join our team in the Ipswich, Colchester, or Chelmsford area.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Domestic/White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and more.
Performing routine maintenance to prevent appliance breakdowns.
Providing excellent customer service, offering professional advice and solutions to clients.
Managing your schedule to meet service calls and repair appointments efficiently.
Keeping accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Staying updated with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in repairing and servicing domestic and white goods appliances.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Full, clean driving licence.
Based in or near Ipswich, Colchester, or Chelmsford.
